Delivery & Order
When will I receive my order?
Our team takes 8 to 20 working days maximum to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver (free).
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
How can I track my package ?

You can also access the tracking of your package at any time by going to the bottom of the page.
How much is shipping ?
There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free.
My order is not complete.
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses.
Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order.
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?
Esprit Papillon® takes care of disputes for you.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not place the blame on the carrier by leaving you to “deal with it”.
We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense .

I would like to return or exchange an item.
If you don't like an item you receive or is the wrong size, please follow the steps below to return it to us.
✔️ Step 1 : Contact us by email: support@esprit-papillon.com or directly via our Contact form .
In this email, please indicate:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason why you wish to return the item
- If you would like an exchange, refund or credit.
✔️ Step 2 : Make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Please complete the necessary procedures within 14 days of receipt of the package
- The item must be in its original packaging
✔️ Step 3 : Send us the item(s) you wish to return to the address indicated by email. Please slip a sheet of paper into your package indicating:
- Your order number (ex: #1458)
- The name of the returned item
- If you would like an exchange, refund or credit
✔️ Step 4 : We will process your request upon receipt of the item.
In the event of an exchange, you will receive an email with a new order number.
In the event of a refund, you will need to allow 4 to 7 working days to receive a refund (you will receive a confirmation email).
My item is too big/small.
A size guide to help our kind customers avoid this type of inconvenience is available in the link in the descriptions of the corresponding product sheets.
Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description.
From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too large/small. However, we know that purchasing such an item can cause great frustration.

How can I order a product?
We make your purchases as easy as possible.

Can I combine my discount vouchers?
No.
Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and only one reduction code per order.
